Pretend you’ve never been caught up in the hit and miss world of hotel dining before, let’s start again. We’ve shaken the rules up, stirred them through and then slow roasted them by the Bay of Biscay.

The whole lot is designed and produced by our noticeably handsome Basque chef Fernando – fresh from his stint in-house at Zaha Hadid’s personal kitchen.

 

 

As we have “Bar” in our name you’d be correct in assuming we sell drinks. The curated list features gems from Catalonia to Castle Bay and, importantly, all are a safe bet regardless of your budget.

 

 

 

The range is diverse but the common thread is that everything delivers – quality at bang-on value is the tip we’re on (and proud of) here. Longneck of Melbourne Bitter and an $8 Bloody Mary? No probs. Piedmont Barolo and a stunning local gin? No probs there either.
